Return & Refund Policy — Malika Home Accessories

At Malika Home Accessories, we want you to love every piece you receive. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1) Returns Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition

  • The item is returned in its original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging)

  • Proof of purchase (order number/invoice) is provided

2) Non-Returnable Items (Exceptions)

For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items are non-returnable unless damaged/defective upon arrival:

  • Customized / made-to-order items (name engraving, custom colors, special sizes)

  • Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing parts not caused by us

3) Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Received

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos/videos of the item and packaging

  • Your order number

We will arrange a replacement or full refund (depending on availability and your preference).

4) Return Process (How to Request)

To start a return:

  1. Send us a message with your order number and reason for return

  2. We will confirm eligibility and share the return instructions

  3. Pack the item securely and return it through the agreed shipping method

5) Return Shipping Fees

  • If the return is due to damage/defect/wrong item, Malika Home Accessories covers return shipping

  • If the return is due to change of mind, the customer covers return shipping fees

6) Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • We will notify you of approval/rejection

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds are issued using the same payment method (or via bank transfer/wallet if agreed)

Note: Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of damage/defect/wrong item.

7) Exchanges

We offer exchanges when possible (size/color/item) within 14 days, subject to stock availability. Shipping rules follow the same conditions as returns.

8) Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before shipping for a full refund

  • Once shipped, the order follows the return policy above
