  • We work to display product images, colors, and details as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear slightly different due to lighting and screen settings.

  • All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities or discontinue items at any time.

4) Prices & Payments

  • Prices are listed in EGP unless stated otherwise.

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

  • Orders are processed only after payment is confirmed (or after order confirmation for Cash on Delivery, if available).

  • If a payment is declined or reversed, we may cancel the order.

5) Order Confirmation & Cancellation

  • After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation message/email.

  • We reserve the right to cancel an order if:

    • The product is out of stock

    • Payment cannot be verified

    • We suspect fraud or unauthorized activity

    • Address/phone details are incomplete or unreachable

Customer cancellations:

  • Orders can be canceled before shipping. Once shipped, cancellations are not guaranteed and will follow the Return & Refund Policy.

6) Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer delivery within Egypt (and other locations if announced).

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and a reachable phone number.

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect details or unavailability, additional delivery fees may apply.

7) Returns & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy published on our website. By purchasing, you agree to that policy.

8) Handmade & Natural Material Disclaimer

Many of our items are handmade or crafted from natural materials (wood, copper, etc.). As a result:

  • Small variations in color, texture, engraving, or finish are normal and not considered defects.

  • Minor natural marks, grain patterns, or handcrafted variations are part of the product’s character.

9) Intellectual Property

All content on this site (photos, designs, logos, text, product descriptions) belongs to Malika Home Accessories and may not be copied, reused, or republished without written permission.
