Shipping Policy — Malika Home Accessories

Thank you for shopping with Malika Home Accessories. Below is our Shipping Policy that explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders.


1) Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship nationwide داخل مصر.

  • If international shipping becomes available, it will be announced on our website/social pages.


2) Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically prepared and packed within 1–3 business days.

  • During peak seasons (Ramadan, Eid, promotions), processing may take a bit longer.

Business days exclude Fridays and official holidays.


3) Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on your city and courier schedule:

  • Cairo & Giza: usually 1–3 business days

  • Delta & nearby governorates: usually 2–5 business days

  • Upper Egypt & remote areas: usually 3–7 business days

These are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, holidays, or unexpected circumstances.


4) Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on location, package size/weight, and courier rates.

  • The final shipping cost will appear at checkout (or will be confirmed with you before dispatch if orders are placed via DM).


5) Delivery Attempts & Address Accuracy

  • Please make sure your address and phone number are correct and reachable.

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect details or the customer being unavailable, a re-delivery fee may apply.


6) Order Tracking

  • If tracking is available through the courier, we will share the tracking number once the order is shipped.


7) Packaging & Protection

  • All orders are securely packaged to help ensure safe delivery.

  • For fragile items (wood décor, copper lanterns, glass details), we use extra protective packing.


8) Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Share clear photos/videos of:

    • the item

    • the packaging

    • the shipping label (if available)

We will review and support you according to our Return & Refund Policy.


9) Refused or Unclaimed Orders

If an order is refused, unclaimed, or returned to us due to customer unavailability:

  • The customer may be responsible for two-way shipping fees (shipping + return), depending on the case.
